About the Role

This is an opportunity to work as part of our Knockdown Rebuild team and manage a portfolio of high value projects. As a Project Delivery Specialist, you will provide a first-class customer experience by coordinating all required elements of the preconstruction journey from sales acceptance through to construction while meeting expected timelines.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing excellent customer service in the preconstruction of customers' homes
  • Ensuring contracts are delivered in designated timelines
  • Delivering jobs to site on time
  • Supporting the coordination of jobs and workflow between sales acceptance and construction
  • Communicating with key stakeholders to proactively progress jobs through the preconstruction process
