Be a key player in delivering exceptional guest experiences at LEGOLAND Discovery Centre Melbourne.

We have multiple casual positions available in our Guest Experience, Retail and Food & Beverage teams, offering flexible shifts to fit around your other commitments. Whether you're volunteering, studying, or looking after your own little LEGO enthusiasts, there's an opportunity for everyone to join our team.

As a valuable member of our team, you'll be responsible for coordinating and executing attraction rides, interactions, workshops, parties, and schools in the Guest Experience role. Alternatively, as a Retail and Food & Beverage Attendant, you'll focus on upselling, taking orders, operating the till, and making coffee at our Café while delivering outstanding customer service.

In addition to these roles, Admission Hosts serve as the welcoming faces of our LEGOLAND Discovery Centre Melbourne attraction, ensuring all guests receive top-notch customer service from start to finish through processing ticketing and upskilling transactions.

To succeed in these roles, you'll need to possess a proactive approach to customer service, a high-spirited attitude, and a passion for working in the tourism/attraction industry. Strong communication skills, flexibility, adaptability, planning, organizational, and time management abilities are also essential.

A currently held Working with Children's Check (or willingness to obtain one if successful) is required for these roles.
