Billing Specialist Role

Advance Careers has been exclusively engaged by an international energy business looking to grow its market share in the Australian market.

The primary role is responsible for assisting clients prepare energy invoicing for their tenants within an Embedded network and resolving day-to-day queries, while supporting the Metering Manager and Engineering Team within the team to deliver quality services to our clients providing query resolution and database maintenance support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure billing is delivered on time
  • Assist in the preparation of client proposal documents
  • Provide effective support to clients
  • Develop and support relationships with internal staff, customers, and suppliers
  • Be knowledgeable about business products and services
  • Be effective and accurate in delivery of information
  • Ensure databases are kept up to date
  • Attend to new data connections and review the data
  • Assist clients with access to online portals
  • Coordinate communication between clients and service providers as necessary
Requirements
  • Able to accurately manage billing & data using SmartInvoicing and A2 systems
  • Strong client support with clear communication and issue resolution
  • Process-driven with attention to compliance and regulatory updates
  • Confident decision-making and problem-solving in coordination with management
  • Tech-savvy with ability to manage portals, databases, and reporting tools
