Strategic Talent Sourcing Specialist

This role involves managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination.
Key responsibilities include crafting compelling job advertisements, evaluating candidate applications, and facilitating interview panels.
A successful candidate will possess previous experience in generalist recruitment, preferably in fast-paced or high-volume environments.
They should also have strong organizational skills, a proactive approach, excellent stakeholder engagement, and effective communication skills.
