Account Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Account Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales, client relationships, and business development.

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, targeting key industries, and providing exceptional customer support to existing clients.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong problem-solving ability, and a minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent. They will also be service-focused, with a desire to exceed clients' expectations.

Key responsibilities include selling our GlobalLink technology to new and existing clients, generating new sales leads through cold calling, emailing, primary research, networking, trade shows, and events, and providing customer support and managing client expectations in liaison with the Production Management Team.

The successful candidate will be able to identify, qualify, develop, and close sales opportunities in coordination with Sales Management, promote and educate clients regarding our services, manage and control pricing and contractual issues by developing a thorough understanding of company procedures, and take an active role in learning about each client's industry, business needs, and company culture to identify new business opportunities and provide a high level of service.

Our ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, excellent problem-solving skills, and be able to work well in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.

They will also be committed to always treating everyone (from clients to co-workers to vendors to business partners) with the ultimate level of respect, work well in a team with people from a variety of different backgrounds and cultures, build and maintain strategic relationships with clients and co-workers, celebrate diversity and embrace new ideas and differing perspectives, and take active measures to achieve results and solve problems.
