End-to-End User Experience Solutions
">We are seeking a skilled and innovative user experience designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strategic thinking skills, with the ability to deliver end-to-end user experience solutions from defining user needs to delivering concepts.
">The role involves creating user scenarios, service experience concepts and rapid prototypes as part of a multidisciplinary team. You will exploit current and emerging trends to identify and lead improvements to existing services as well as introduce innovative and industry-first service experiences.
">Responsibilities include:

- Usability research: Conducting usability research to gather insights on user behavior and preferences">
- Design of research programs: Designing research programs to inform design decisions and improve user experience">
- Usability research approaches: Selecting appropriate usability research approaches to suit project requirements">
- Distillation and articulation of findings: Distilling complex research findings into actionable insights and articulating them effectively to stakeholders">
You will work in a consultative, professional and collaborative manner with clients, taking responsibility for continuously improving your craft. Represent and contribute to Pragmateam's pragmatic product delivery focused and learning mindset.
