Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Senior UX Designer to join our team. This role is responsible for creating user-centric designs that meet the needs of our customers. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of customer use cases and be able to rally the cross-functional team around customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct user research and create wireframes and prototypes
  • Ensure the product's interface is intuitive and user-friendly
  • Maintain a high-quality user experience across the SaaS platform

Requirements:

  • Customer focus: solid understanding of customer use cases, rallies cross-functional team around customer needs
  • Creative problem solving: involves customers in product innovation, challenges status quo with confidence
  • Product design: mastery of user-centered design process, interaction design skills, attention to detail
  • Data driven analysis & testing: identifies gaps where data is needed, works with business to fill them
  • Technical skills: excellent knowledge of tech stack, uses design software to expert level, mentors junior designers
