Job Opportunity

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled individual to assume the role of Router Technician. This position involves ensuring optimal performance and ongoing maintenance of routers during the manufacturing process.

This role plays a crucial part in maintaining the efficiency and productivity of our operations, as we currently utilize 10 Shoda Routers in our manufacturing process.

Responsibilities:

  • Assume responsibility for the daily operation and maintenance of Shoda Routers to ensure seamless functionality.
  • Maintain a high level of mechanical and electrical aptitude to efficiently troubleshoot and repair equipment.
  • Develop advanced problem-solving skills to effectively address complex issues that may arise.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and attention-to-detail skills, along with a strong work ethic and desire to take ownership of their tasks. Additionally, proficiency in Japanese language and G-code knowledge would be considered an advantage.

This is a full-time permanent position that requires self-motivation, a willingness to learn, and dedication to delivering high-quality workmanship. As part of our selection process, applicants must undergo a pre-employment medical examination, including functional, audiometric, and drug and alcohol testing.

Key qualifications include:

  • Demonstrated experience working with Shoda Routers or equivalent systems.
  • Proficiency in Japanese language and English.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Advanced G-code knowledge (an advantage).
