**Job Description**

We are seeking a skilled Process Engineering professional to join our team.

This role involves providing technical expertise and support to various departments to drive improvements and optimize production processes.

The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements, reduce variation in operating methods, and enhance product quality and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical guidance and support to departments on process-related issues.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of continuous improvement and lean methodologies.
  • Pillar lead for focused improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency gains.
  • Analyze data to identify areas for process improvements and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented changes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the implementation of cost-saving, energy-saving, and waste-reduction initiatives.
  • Ensure that new products moving into manufacturing align with process capabilities and standards.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial preferred.
  • At least 2 years of relevant production/ engineering experience, preferably in an FMCG environment.
  • Solid understanding of plant operations, packaging, and processing equipment.
  • Experience in TPM/LEAN and familiarity with batch and continuous processing systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
