Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Manager to lead our team and drive value through key areas such as safety, people, quality, efficiency, and cost.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities, inspiring a culture of continuous improvement while maintaining the highest safety standards.

This is a mid-senior level, full-time position that requires operational excellence, problem-solving skills, effective communication, and a proven background in continuous improvement and change management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure a safe working environment by leading by example and enforcing company policies and procedures.
  • Develop front-line capabilities and foster lean manufacturing practices to achieve high performance.
  • Set overall strategy and standards for best-in-class efficiency and minimize production downtime.
  • Manage daily and weekly production schedules to optimize production efficiencies and deliver-in-first-time (DIFOT) targets.
  • Collaborate with Quality/Supply Chain and Engineering teams to optimize production performance and ensure operational excellence.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, support, and performance management.
  • Maintain compliance with ISO, HACCP, and GMP standards and practices.
Requirements
  • Visible commitment to a zero-harm culture.
  • Knowledge of Lean manufacturing techniques.
  • Working background in manufacturing environments that emphasize operational excellence.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills to inspire and lead the operations team.
  • Proven experience in continuous improvement and change management.
  • Aptitude to communicate with diverse stakeholders and coaching/development skills.
  • Ability to balance production, safety, and resource allocation.
