Expert Insurance and Procurement Manager

Strait Link seeks a highly skilled Procurement Expert to lead and manage our procurement strategy and insurance program.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the organisation's objectives and deliver value for money.
- Lead end-to-end sourcing activities, including supplier selection, tender processes, contract negotiation, and performance management.
- Ensure procurement processes are compliant with policies, cost-effective, and support operational continuity.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to drive cost efficiencies, sustainability, and innovation in the supply chain via procurement.
- Lead the development and maintenance of the organisation's general insurance portfolio.
- Ensure appropriate levels of insurance cover are in place across the organisation and meet stakeholder requirements.
- Manage relationships with brokers and insurers; oversee policy renewals, claims management, and incident reporting.
- Provide insurance advice and support to other business units as required.
