Customer Experience Manager

As a Customer Experience Manager, you will play a key role in the overall success of our shopping centre.

  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with tenants, including lease administration, inquiries, arrears management, and issue resolution.
  • Work collaboratively with marketing teams to execute promotional events and campaigns that drive foot traffic and sales.
  • Monitor facility maintenance and ensure a safe and welcoming environment for visitors.
  • Assist in managing budgets and financials for the centre.
  • Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in property management, retail, or related fields.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience using MRI software.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and property management software.
  • Knowledge of leasing agreements and commercial property operations is preferred.
