Clinical Care Specialist

This is an exciting career prospect for a dedicated and compassionate clinical care specialist to join our esteemed healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional interpersonal skills, a passion for delivering high-quality patient care, and a minimum of 1 year experience in a similar acute hospital setting.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing safe, evidence-based standards of nursing care to individuals or groups under the supervision of a registered nurse. They will work collaboratively with the wider healthcare team to support patient care needs, administer medications according to relevant laws and organizational policies, and serve as a role model for safe practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver safe, evidence-based standards of nursing care to individuals/groups under the direction of a RN
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to support patient care requirements
- Administer medications according to state law and organizational policy
- Act as a role model for Safe Practice
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Diploma of Nursing
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar acute hospital environment
- Current Registration with AHPRA
- Commitment to High-Quality Patient Care
- Sound clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
