Inventory Management Role

The inventory management role involves overseeing the operations of the parts department, ensuring timely procurement, organization, and delivery of parts to meet operational and customer demands.

  • Maintain accurate inventory levels by tracking stock movements and managing reorder points to ensure parts availability while avoiding overstock.
  • Sourcing and ordering parts from suppliers based on current and forecasted demand. Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers for cost-effective purchasing.
  • Ensure all parts are properly categorized, stored, and labeled in the warehouse or parts room for easy access and efficient workflow.
  • Assist customers or internal departments with parts inquiries and sales. Provide expert advice on parts, offer alternative options, and help customers understand product specifications.
  • Supervise and train parts department staff, ensuring adherence to policies and maintaining a high level of performance.
  • Oversee the receiving process for parts, ensuring that all orders are correctly received, inspected, and entered into the inventory system.

We seek an experienced inventory manager who can work closely with other departments (e.g., service, production, or repair) to ensure that parts are available when needed and that customer needs are met in a timely manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in parts and inventory management is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with Titan DMS is also desired.
  • Australia work authorization is required.
Benefits:
  • A competitive salary range of $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year.

Schedule:
  • An 8-hour shift during the day.
Experience:
  • 1 year of experience in parts and inventory management (preferred).
  • 1 year of experience with Titan DMS (preferred).
