Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and organised individual to manage our spare parts inventory across multiple locations in Victoria and Tasmania.

The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving stock, conducting cycle counts, and implementing operational improvements to ensure efficient stock management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the receipt and storage of spare parts inventory
  • Conduct regular stock checks to maintain accurate records
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as required
  • Collaborate with the Road Service team on new process implementation
  • Develop and maintain a warranty process for the region
  • Work closely with the Head Office partners to deliver strategic plans

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Able to work flexibly and interact with employees at all levels
  • Self-motivated and directed individual
  • Previous experience in a fast-moving spare parts environment
