Job Overview:

This role entails providing technical and engineering support to a key client while collaborating with a skilled in-house engineering team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver technical advice and engineering support to a major client, both on-site and remotely.
  • Collaborate with in-house engineers and designers to safely introduce new technologies at client sites.
  • Acquire and act on customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Support design tasks and ensure accurate documentation and timely completion.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 6 years' experience in mechanical engineering design or project engineering within mining or heavy industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project.
  • Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in hydraulic equipment design and manufacture.
  • A background in Reliability Engineering.
