Hitachi Construction Machinery Australia Job Opportunity

Hitachi Construction Machinery (Australia) Pty Ltd, a leader in the construction and mining equipment industry, is seeking an experienced Equipment Asset Manager to join our team. This national role can be based in Sydney (Parramatta), Brisbane (Wacol), or Melbourne (Dandenong) and reports directly to the General Manager of Construction Equipment Sales.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for refining processes and business planning to effectively monitor and manage the overall performance of our growing construction equipment business. Key responsibilities include collaborating with sales teams, achieving targets while managing P&L within budget, developing strategic marketing strategies, and overseeing inventory alignment with strategic plans.

Your Qualifications and Skills
  • Demonstrated work experience as an Asset/Rental Manager
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Power BI and industry-related software
  • Solid commercial background with experience in financial modelling
  • Strategic thinker with robust analytical, commercial, and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
