Your Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Asset Manager to join our team. This is a new national role that can be based in either Sydney, Brisbane, or Melbourne, reporting directly to the General Manager of Construction Equipment Sales. The Asset/Rental Manager will be tasked with refining all necessary processes and business planning to effectively monitor and manage the overall performance of this growing business segment.

Your Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify and seize opportunities to enhance and expand the business.
  • Achieve targets set while effectively managing the P&L within budget.
  • Develop and implement strategic marketing strategies to foster both long-term and short-term growth and profitability.
  • Oversee inventory on a day-to-day basis in alignment with strategic plans and targets set.

Your Qualifications

  • Demonstrated work experience as an Asset/Rental Manager.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Power BI and industry-related software.
  • Solid commercial background with experience in financial modelling.
  • Strategic thinker with robust analytical, commercial, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
