We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Food Services Assistant to join our team at Moran Roxburgh Park Home.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about food, nutrition, and general well-being to work in a modern kitchen environment.
As a key member of our Food Services Team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality meals are prepared and served to our residents.
Your skills and experience will be utilized to maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene, while also providing exceptional customer service.
- Plating food at mealtimes
- Preparing food under the direction of the Chef
- Maintaining personal hygiene standards
- Working as a member of the Food Services team
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Interest in food, nutrition, or general well-being and their benefits
- Able to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Takes pride in what they do
- Food Safety or Food Handling Certificate (highly desirable)
- Valid work permit and current police check
- Current Influenza and COVID-19 vaccination including booster
