As a hospitality professional, you will serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests, set tables according to event type and service standards, answer questions on menu selections, and communicate with the kitchen regarding menu questions, wait times, re-cook orders, and product availability.

You will relay additional meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and special requests to the kitchen, record transactions in our point-of-sale system at the time of order, and check in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and beverage.

Maintain cleanliness of work areas, china, glass, etc., throughout the day, complete opening & closing duties, including restocking items and turning off lights, present physical and accurate checks to guests and process payments, and ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.

Excellent communication skills and attention to detail are crucial for success in this role. You should be able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage your time effectively to meet the demands of a fast-paced restaurant environment.
