Engineering Operations Team Member

A key member of our Data Centre Global Engineering Operations organisation, you will be responsible for 24X7 monitoring of the data centre’s physical infrastructure.

You will serve as a facilitator for Large Scale Events (LSEs) and Critical Site Events (CSEs), providing assistance and support to the onsite team. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of data centre IT infrastructure and data centre facilities infrastructure and how the two entities co-exist.

  • Monitor the data centre Amazon facilities infrastructure platform.
  • Serve as a Point of Contact for internal and external teams.
  • Assist with the development of communication and escalation protocols designed to improve the team's performance.
  • Contribute to outage post mortem analysis.
  • Ensure records are updated in a timely manner.
