Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining Building Information Modelling (BIM) activities across various projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Management
    • Coordinate BIM data exchange, model updates, clash detection, and Revizto management to ensure seamless collaboration among team members.
  • Model Control
    • Maintain version control, track revisions, and ensure compliance with industry standards and protocols.
  • Quality Assurance
    • Review and oversee 3D models, drawings, and documentation for accuracy and consistency.
  • Team Support
    • Collaborate with project teams, participate in coordination meetings, and contribute to the successful delivery of projects.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in BIM on large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of design, engineering, and construction processes.
  • Proficiency in Revizto, Navisworks, BIM360, Synchro Pro, Revit; P6 desirable.
  • Excellent skills in clash detection, model QC, and standards compliance.
  • Experience with detailed models and project-wide BIM delivery.
  • Collaborative team player with strong stakeholder coordination skills.
