What is your role?
You will collaborate with electrical engineers and the broader design team to produce coordinated BIM models and detailed documentation across all project stages. Using Revit, you will model electrical systems including power distribution, standby power systems, lighting, security, and communications infrastructure.

You will support project delivery from concept to construction, ensuring model accuracy, constructability, and compliance with BIM standards. Your role will also include implementing and maintaining BIM workflows, contributing to digital coordination, supporting clash detection processes, and helping to improve digital delivery outcomes across projects.

About You

• Experience
  : 5+ years as a BIM Designer/Modeller in building services, ideally within electrical engineering.
• Technical skills
  : Proficiency in Revit is essential; experience with Navisworks, AutoCAD, or BIM360 is a plus.
• Knowledge
  : Familiarity with Australian Standards, NCC, and building services electrical systems.
• Attention to detail
  : A strong eye for documentation quality, design intent, and model integrity.
• Collaboration
  : Excellent teamwork and communication skills to work closely with engineers, architects, and clients.
