Senior BIM Coordinator Position

We are seeking a skilled Senior BIM Coordinator to manage architectural project delivery and BIM technical coordination.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist in day-to-day operations of architectural projects, contributing to time management and task progress.
  • Maintain office systems, processes, and procedures, providing regular reports to the Principal or Project Manager.
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders, demonstrating strong communication and client-focused skills.
Requirements:
  • Mid-Senior level experience in BIM technical coordination and contract documentation.
  • Proficiency in Revit, Auto CAD, and other drafting and presentation software.
  • Effective organisation, planning, and prioritisation skills.
