Job Role:

  • A highly skilled technical professional is required to provide exceptional support for local and virtual events in various event spaces.

About the Job:

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating customer-provided infrastructure, equipment, and applications in designated live event and meeting rooms.
  • They will ensure operational availability of assigned event spaces through regular equipment checks and perform L1/L2 incident management.
  • Collaboration with global teams and colleagues is essential to deliver successful live events.
  • The selected candidate will also act as a show-caller when required and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Incident and problem management activities will be an integral part of the role.
  • Working closely with maintenance teams is necessary to ensure event spaces are well-maintained and meet high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate audiovisual equipment and systems.
  • Set up and test equipment before events.
  • Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and performance.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Ensure seamless execution of live events.

Requirements:

  • Technical expertise in digital and analogue signal processing.
  • Familiarity with complex audiovisual engineering disciplines.
  • Experience in live event production and management.
  • Knowledge of video conferencing software such as Zoom and Teams.
