We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Merchandise Specialist to join our team. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for developing strong customer relationships and providing exceptional service to customers in store or over the phone.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a sales environment and possess excellent communication skills to build long-term customer relationships.

You will work closely with the Merchandise Manager to achieve sales targets and provide a memorable experience for all customers.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • • Developing strong customer relationships
  • • Providing exceptional service to customers in store or over the phone
  • • Achieving sales targets
  • • Maintaining safety processes
  • • Assisting with merchandise campaign material
  • • Maintaining a welcoming, friendly, and well-presented store environment

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a passion for Australian farming and agriculture, ideally with knowledge of animal health and rural merchandise.

  • Main Requirements:
  • • Previous experience in a sales environment
  • • Excellent communication skills to build long-term customer relationships
  • • A proactive approach to work and practical organisation skills
  • • Excellent attention to detail
  • • Problem solving skills and empathy to resolve customer issues promptly
  • • A current driver's license is essential
  • • Forklift licence desirable, but not essential
