Customer Service Representative Role

About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Sales and Service representative.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

  • Bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent experience required
  • Proven track record of providing outstanding customer service
  • Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to a positive culture
  • Familiarity with retail operations and sales principles a plus
Responsibilities
  1. Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
  2. Sell products and services to customers through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques
  3. Process stock, receive, dispatch, and store merchandise efficiently
  4. Maintain showroom presentation and merchandising standards to ensure a clean and organized shopping environment
  5. Contribute to a positive team culture by being an enthusiastic, cooperative, and collaborative team member
