Job Title: Project Manager

We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Project Manager to lead a strategic campus development in the Cairns CBD.

  • Oversight of stakeholder engagement, procurement, contract administration, and risk management.
  • Coordination of consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure safe, timely, and cost-effective delivery.

This position offers autonomy within a supportive and outcomes-focused team that values integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience leading major infrastructure projects through all phases—from design and tendering to construction, commissioning, and completion.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders including funding bodies, councils, consultants, and contractors to achieve project outcomes.
  • Sound knowledge of project management frameworks, with strong capabilities in scheduling, risk management, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of legislative requirements, including the Building Code of Australia, Australian Standards, and local authority regulations.
