**Job Opportunity:**

  • We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our People & Culture team as a strategic advisor.

About the Role:

  • This is a key position responsible for providing expert guidance and support on people management matters across our business.
  • The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders to drive business outcomes and improve employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic advice and guidance on HR-related matters.
  • BUILD strong relationships with management and key stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
  • Coach and develop people leaders in best practice people management.
  • Collaborate with the People & Culture team to strengthen company culture and employee experience.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in HR Business Partnering, including provision of expert and technical human resources advice.
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Fair Work Act and other relevant Employment Relations legislation.
  • Proven HR Administration experience, including Contract Administration and Employment transfers.
