Medical Receptionist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Medical Receptionist to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and providing exceptional patient care.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for general reception duties, including greeting patients, answering telephone calls, liaising with medical professionals and organizations, and performing administrative tasks. They will also be required to have excellent communication skills, work well under pressure, and prioritize tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional patient care and customer service
  • Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, handling phone calls, and responding to emails
  • Liaise with medical professionals and organizations to coordinate patient care and services
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a medical administration role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency
