IT Support Officer Role Overview">

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Officer to join our team and provide top-notch technical assistance to our employees. As an IT Support Officer, you will be responsible for investigating complex issues, finding technical solutions, and ensuring our technology runs smoothly.

This is a hands-on role where you will work closely with our IT team to resolve technical issues, install equipment, and maintain office infrastructure. You will also provide onboarding tasks for new starters, set up their workstations, and ensure they have the necessary tools to succeed in their roles.

As an IT Support Officer, you will be a key member of our IT team, working independently and collaboratively to identify areas of improvement and suggest innovative solutions.   • Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate complex technical issues and find solutions

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a technical support or helpdesk role

  • Good communication skills, with an ability to explain technical issues to non-technical people
