Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice and representation in family law matters, including divorce, separation, children's matters, property settlements, and financial agreements.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to ensure accurate and effective representation of clients.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless and efficient case management.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in family law and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years post-admission experience in family law, including property and children's matters.
  • Strong technical knowledge of family law legislation and court practice/procedures.
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and advocacy skills with high attention to detail.
  • Highly adaptable, client-centric, deadline-driven, proactive, and results-focused.
  • Outstanding communication and people skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional results.
