We are seeking a detail-driven product developer to bring seasonal ranges from concept to high-quality products.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled product developer to join our team and be responsible for developing seasonal ranges that meet brand vision and customer expectations.

  • The successful candidate will have proven experience in end-to-end product development, ideally in the footwear industry.
  • They will have strong negotiation and supplier management skills with a commercial focus.
  • A technical understanding of fit, quality, and production processes is essential.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills are also required.
About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results on time and to specification.

You will be a strong negotiator with excellent supplier management skills and be able to build and maintain relationships with suppliers.

A strong understanding of production processes and quality control procedures is also essential.

You will work closely with manufacturers to deliver samples on time and to specification and review and process samples documenting any issues and following up for timely resolution.

Key Responsibilities include:
