Product Management Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished product manager to spearhead our seasonal product ranges and packaging. This exciting role requires a commercially-minded individual with a strong background in design or a close connection to the creative process.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years' experience in a similar space, such as stationery, lifestyle, homewares, or gifting, and a proven track record of delivering memorable products that resonate with customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Taking ownership of seasonal product ranges and packaging, collaborating closely with senior leadership and the creative team.
  • Developing, innovating and shaping seasonal ranges that are commercially successful and meet customer needs.
  • Managing the entire product lifecycle from insights and ideation to concepts and final delivery.
  • Analyzing data and trends to identify opportunities and refine strategies.
  • Maintaining a customer-focused approach to deliver high-quality products.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Background in design, fine arts, illustration, or close connection to the creative process.
  • 5+ years' experience in a similar space (stationery, lifestyle, homewares, or gifting).
  • Strong understanding of product development and management.
  • Confident in Excel; able to translate insights into action and inform seasonal ranges.
  • Clear, empathetic communication and meticulous attention to detail.
