Job Opportunity: Product Creator

We are seeking a skilled and driven individual to lead our product development team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Designing and developing innovative products that meet customer needs and expectations.
  • Creating work instructions and ensuring product quality.
  • Investigating new design techniques and researching new tools and technology.
  • Managing project timelines, with experience in SolidWorks.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Production.
  • Ensuring the 'right first time' approach and managing systems for high-quality products.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A degree in Industrial Design or related field.
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Intermediate level of Microsoft Office - Excel.
  • Ability to learn quickly, think on their feet, and work individually and as part of a team.

Requirements:

  • Positive and professional attitude.
  • High level of integrity and work ethic.
  • Occasional travel may be required.
