About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team in Renewables as a Project Controller. As a key member of our EPCD Group, you will be responsible for delivering project control services to a portfolio of projects in the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the establishment and implementation of Equinor's project control methodology, experience, and benchmark across the project portfolio.
  • Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure high-quality project control deliverables.
  • Perform trend analysis and evaluate project cost and schedule performance to identify potential risk areas and mitigating actions.
  • Provide critical information to project teams and management to ensure projects deliver on time and within cost targets.
  • Actively collaborate with project members to identify weak signals, upsides, and required actions.
  • Support project teams by handling and managing project cost and scheduling activities from design phase to project close-out.
  • Contribute to relevant networks and continuous learning, experience transfer, and improvement of Equinor's templates, methods, procedures, and tools within the project control discipline.

Requirements

  • Good understanding of complex multidisciplinary project developments and proven track record of project control deliveries within renewables, oil and gas, or construction industry.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in a technical discipline, with more than 7 years of relevant post-graduate experience.
  • Excellent analytical, presentation, communication, and influencing skills with the ability to utilize digital tools and visual communication.
  • Proven experience of working within a high-performance, cross-functional organization with tight timelines and ambitious targets across project portfolios.
  • A good team worker, target-oriented, structured, and systematic.
  • Curious, proactive, commercial, and accountable attitude.
