We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Facilities Coordinator to support the management of our clients' facilities.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating operational activities, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and delivering exceptional service to our clients.

The ideal candidate will have experience in facilities management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for quality. They will also be able to manage external providers and liaise with internal stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate operational activities, including maintenance scheduling and vendor management
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, such as OH&S and building codes
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to exceed service delivery expectations
  • Provide high-level support to the Facilities Management team
