We are seeking a dedicated professional to work closely with prospective postgraduate students, providing guidance and support throughout their educational journey. This role offers the chance to have real impact on individuals' decisions and help them achieve their goals.

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver consultative conversations to ensure students find suitable education experiences that align with their needs and aspirations.
  • Work exclusively with warm leads, focusing on building relationships and trust rather than using high-pressure tactics.
  • Support students through enrolment decisions, providing ongoing guidance and advice to help them make informed choices.
Requirements
  • 2 or more years of direct sales experience, preferably in outbound sales or a contact centre environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with students and stakeholders.
  • Highly motivated by targets and KPIs, driven by a sense of purpose and commitment to delivering exceptional results.
  • Passionate about helping others and making a positive difference through education.
