Senior Claims Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Team Player to lead the daily operations of our Ancillary claims team.
As a seasoned professional, you will play a vital part in supporting and developing a high-performing team within our Claims Department.
Core Responsibilities:- Lead the daily operations of the Ancillary claims team
- Coach, develop and support team members to meet performance metrics and service level agreements
- Monitor and audit claims and correspondence for quality and compliance
- Manage team resource allocation, rosters, and leave planning
- Provide expert support on escalated enquiries and complaints
- Drive continuous improvement through process reviews and innovation
- Lead projects to enhance technology, data usage, and member experience
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong communication, coaching, and organisational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and adapt to change
- Solid computer skills, including internal systems and Microsoft Office
- A focus on customer service and continuous improvement
