We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Building Services team as a Building Services Support Officer. This role provides an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the delivery of efficient and effective consumables management, moving/transporting of minor equipment, administration, and reception relief services across our key facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Building Services team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Assist with the management of consumables, including ordering, inventory control, and distribution.
- Transport minor equipment and supplies as required.
- Provide reception relief services, including answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.
- Perform other related duties as required.
- Experience in administrative and customer service roles.
- Ability to prioritize workload and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
- Ongoing employment with a dynamic organization.
- Full-time role with a 35-hour working week.
