Job Title: Bar Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bar Manager to join our team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a high-performing bar team, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient operations.
  • Train and develop staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge in wine pairing and upselling techniques.
  • Maintain accurate stock levels and ordering systems to minimize waste and optimize profitability.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored experiences.
  • Collaborate with the management team to drive business growth and implement new ideas.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience as a supervisor or manager in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent knowledge of wine, including pairing and upselling techniques.
  • Able to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Qualifications in hospitality or a related field are highly desirable.
  • Holding a valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification is mandatory.
