Bar Supervisor Job Description

Our hotel's Bar Supervisors play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our bars, creating an atmosphere where guests feel at ease. Situated in a prime position on the edge of the stunning Swan River, our hotel offers breathtaking views and an exceptional experience for all who visit.

We are seeking a skilled Bar Supervisor to join our team, with expertise in mixology techniques, presentation, and leadership skills. As a guardian of good times, you will be responsible for supervising daily bar operations, boosting performance, and analyzing sales and beverage costs. Your creativity and innovative approach will shine through in crafting memorable moments for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily bar operations while ensuring compliance with alcohol service laws and licensing regulations
  • Assist the Manager in boosting bar performance and precisely analyzing sales and beverage costs
  • Lead and inspire the bar team, providing training in mixology techniques and presentation
  • Assist in managing inventive and creative cocktail menus for all outlets

Requirements:

  • Certified Manager (ideally) with mixology expertise
  • Rockstar bar supervisor with 1+ years of bartending in high-energy venues
  • A creative trendsetter with outstanding leadership skills, ready to inspire and motivate the team
