Business Development Manager

About the Role
Gough Recruitment AU is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join their team. As a key member of the Property Division, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic partnerships and client relationships. Your primary focus will be on sourcing new business opportunities, converting Property Management leads, and working closely with the Sales Agents and Property Management teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing new business opportunities through prospecting
- Converting Property Management leads
- Working closely with the Sales Agents and Property Management teams
- Maintaining and developing client relationships
- Offering professional advice to clients
- Arranging and conducting market appraisals
- Taking Leasing inquiries via email and phone
- Ad hoc administration duties
- Leasing the properties you bring on and then handing them over to the Property Management Team
Requirements
- Current Real Estate Certificate of Registration
- Direct experience in a Business Development or Property Management role in Real Estate
- Self-motivation and drive to succeed
- Not afraid to prospect and actively seek new business through your own generated activity
- Well-presented, organized, and excellent administration skills
- Valid driver's license
