Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Communications and Information Specialist to join our organization in Brisbane. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic advice to enhance the business as an accessible, customer-focused service provider.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in project and program management of strategic projects
  • Ability to identify and procure external expertise/resources to support timely and quality delivery
  • Human Centred design knowledge
  • Customer communications and information experience

The scope of services includes:

  • Accessibility and quality of customer information

The successful candidate will deliver content on different devices, using different channels, and in different contexts, including stations and trains, call centres, booking systems, and apps. They will also support and assist the Relationship Manager - Accessible Information.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic advice to enhance the business as an accessible, customer-focused service provider
• Enable and deliver accessible information, services, and infrastructure
• Business transformation readiness for accessibility
• Provision of clear, relevant, and accessible information
• Customer-centric services that are inclusive of customers with disabilities
• Infrastructure that allows customers with disabilities to access the network easily

Deliverables

• Delivery of content on different devices, using different channels, and in different contexts
• Support and assist the Relationship Manager - Accessable Information
