About the Role

Brighte is seeking an experienced Automation Manager to lead the development and implementation of AI/ML projects across the organization. As a key member of the commercial team, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities for AI/ML and automation, and delivering projects on time and on budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement AI/ML and automation strategies to drive business growth and efficiency
  • Partner with commercial, operations, technology, and data teams to deliver AI/ML and automation projects
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities for AI/ML and automation, and develop business cases to support project proposals
  • Lead project management activities, including project planning, execution, and delivery
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with AI/ML and automation frameworks and roadmaps
Requirements
  • Proven experience in AI/ML and automation project delivery, with a strong track record of success
  • Hands-on experience with AI/ML tools and technologies, including MS Copilot and Copilot Studio
  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to identify and prioritize opportunities for AI/ML and automation
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver projects on time and on budget
  • Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to partner with stakeholders and drive business outcomes
