Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Client Portfolio Manager to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of large corporate clients and delivering tailored risk solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic Portfolio Ownership: Manage a portfolio of prestigious accounts across the corporate and multinational space, with full accountability for service delivery, renewals, and growth initiatives.
  2. Client-Centric Advisory: Deliver bespoke insurance solutions and proactive risk advice, leveraging deep technical expertise and strong market relationships.
  3. Revenue & Relationship Growth: Drive account profitability through retention strategies, new business development, and long-term pipeline building.
  4. Leadership & Mentorship: Act as a role model within the team, mentoring junior team members and contributing to a high-performance culture.
  5. End-to-End Program Management: Build and develop holistic risk programs from client consultation and strategy meetings, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Experience in the general insurance broking sector at mid-market level and above.
  • Proven track record of managing complex client relationships and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to motivate and guide junior team members.
