**About You**
The perfect person for this role will be a qualified Pilates instructor, ideally with reformer experience, or hold Cert III and IV in Fitness for classes and consultations. Our Club Manager will possess a deep passion for the BUMP concept, especially in advancing women's health and fitness, creating a warm and safe environment.

A strong sales background is essential for driving membership growth and club success. This individual will excel at managing both gym operations and reception duties, online platforms, demonstrating an ability to thrive in a busy environment. Known for having an organised approach, friendly demeanour, and commitment to cultivating a positive, inclusive atmosphere for staff and members.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Teaching group classes, including Reformer, PT, and 1:1 Consultation
- Driving membership growth
- Communicating with, booking-in, conducting initial consultations
- Day-to-day club operations
- Providing excellent customer service and handling member enquiries promptly and professionally
- Managing staff, facility maintenance, member relations, and budget management
- Marketing & social media management
- Planning and implementing local area and club events such as mothers' morning teas and socials
- Reviewing staff timesheets and liaising with the accounts department
- Conducting weekly face-to-face meetings with staff
- Mentoring new trainers to ensure readiness for classes and ongoing support
- Hosting quarterly Instructor Masterclasses/Workshops

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a natural communicator
- Qualified Reformer Pilates, or Cert 3 and/or 4 in Fitness
- Current First Aid & CPR
- High standards with attention to detail
- Self-starter capable of managing time effectively
- Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record in managing a fitness/wellness club (desirable, not essential)
- Genuine passion for women's health and a caring nature
- Ability to follow and implement protocols for compliance
- Positive and energetic attitude
- Flexibility to work varying hours
