The National Disability Insurance Agency is seeking ambitious and dedicated individuals to join its Graduate Program. This 12-month entry-level program aims to equip graduates with the skills, knowledge, and experiences necessary to excel within a high-performing Agency and the broader Australian Public Service.

The program features a structured learning and development curriculum, providing participants with meaningful on-the-job experience across various business areas. Graduates will have the opportunity to develop their skills, capabilities, and professional networks while working towards accelerated career progression from APS4.1 to APS5.1 pay points upon successful completion.

This role offers a unique blend of work experience, mentoring, coaching, and career planning tailored to individual goals and professional fields. Graduates will also gain access to professional networks throughout the Agency and APS.

Key Features:

  • A curriculum-based development program delivered by the APS Academy, aligning with the six APS Crafts and APS Work Level Standards.
  • Graduate rotations in various business areas, typically lasting four to six months.
  • Access to mentoring through the NDIA GP Mentoring Program.
  • Coaching and career planning tailored to individual goals and professional fields.
  • Opportunities to build strong professional networks within the Agency and APS.
