Career Development Specialist

We are seeking talented individuals to join our team at the Australian Security Intelligence Organisation. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for contributing to the recruitment of specialist roles across various areas, including intelligence and technical roles.
You will work closely with business areas across the organisation to understand their resourcing needs and attract the best and brightest talent.
Key Responsibilities- Supporting the Recruitment team:
- Provide administrative support.
- Assist with organising interviews and assessment centres.
- Process recruitment actions, including updating records and databases.
- Recruitment and Talent Officer:
- Advertise job vacancies.
- Assist with organising interviews and assessment centres.
- Coordinate referee checks.
- Recruitment Specialist:
- Work with business areas to determine recruitment requirements.
- Facilitate the selection process.
- Liaise with stakeholders, including representing the organisation at recruitment forums.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Sound decision making and judgement skills.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
