Lead a Digital Transformation

We are seeking an experienced marketer to lead our growth and development strategy across all marketing disciplines. This is a genuine opportunity to make an impact in a newly created role for the fund.

The successful applicant will have a strategic approach, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to build a roadmap aligned to our objectives for new member acquisition. They will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategic marketing plan consistent with our strategy, developing a visual and verbal brand identity, and leading a team of marketing professionals and channel leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan
  • Develop a visual and verbal brand identity
  • Develop influential stories grounded in consumer & industry insights
  • Lead direct to member acquisition through digital and other channels
  • Develop and design communications, assets and strategies to drive growth across distribution channels
  • Use performance, research, data intelligence and analytics to provide recommendations and change programs to improve growth outcomes

Requirements:

  • At least 7 years' demonstrated experience in a similar role (superannuation / financial services experienced preferred)
  • Strong experience in brand management, direct marketing and product development delivery and execution
  • Experience with agencies and building beneficial external partnerships
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills including presenting and report writing
  • A growth mindset with a resilient outlook
  • A capable leader, able to set direction, motivate and inspire
  • Good organisation ability and able to manage multiple initiatives / skills
